IMPLEMENTATION OF SHORT AND LONG TERM PLANS
The institutional strategic/perspective plan is effectively deployed. Following are some of the highlights of the implementations based on short and long term plans :
- Construction of Multi-purpose Sports Arena.
- Installed 03 purified drinking water cooler units for both students and staff purpose.
- Renovation of washroom for the staff.
- Added wash rooms for girl students.
- Flooring of all the class rooms, corridor, laboratories, etc.
- Roofing at the top of the building for protecting from heat wave.
- Renovated seminar hall and upgraded with ICT enabled.
- Enhanced sapling of plants and beautification of the entire campus with sufficient greenery.
- Conducted quality audit from the competent agency.
- Extension of tar road within the campus premises.
- Subscription of INFLIBNET N-list and establishment of digital library for remote access.
- Procured new batteries and UPS for main building, central library and Science laboratories.
- Procured additional 10 desktops to the computer laboratory.
- Some of the departments have invited academicians, professionals, experts to deliver special lectures based on current job market trends and course curriculum.
- Conducted field work, study tours by respective departments.
- Conducted special lectures on Career guidance and Placement
- In collaboration with neighbouring competent organizations, conducted capacity building activities.
- Organized Inter-Collegiate Fest FUZIONA-22.
- Deputed good number of sports laurels to compete at University and State level
Tournaments. - Organized one-day workshop on Interview and Communication Skills.
- Conducted professional development programme for both teaching and non teaching staff for one week, etc.
