With the aim of welcoming the fresher’s of M.com first year to Anjuman Arts, Science & Commerce College & PG Centre, the college has organized Fresher’s day on 21st September 2015. Students from M.com 3rd semester have taken initiative to execute the allotted responsibilities. Mr. Mohammed Faraz of M.com 3rd semester recited few versus from holy Quran. Miss. Sonia Luis from M.com 3rd semester extended a warm welcome address to the eminent guests and to the gathering. Miss Anujna Hebbar Introduced the Guests. Principal, Prof. A.M. Mulla given a preface of the programme to the gathering followed by offering floral garlanding as a gesture of love and reverence by the students.
Our College Board secretary Janab Javeed Hussain Armar addressed the gathering. General Secretary Janab Kasimji Mohammed Ansar has also addressed the gathering. Eminent speaker and chief guest of the function Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed Bhavikatti-Principal, Anjuman Engineering College, Bhatkal addressed the gathering and conveyed 10 general management qualities for the PG students. The Guest of Honour Janab Anfal Ruknuddin, Managing Director of Anfal Group has also addressed the students and conveyed a message which will help them in shaping their personalities for the holistic development.
Further, Janab Abdul Raheem Jukaku- President of AHM has delivered presidential remarks by conveying the significance and need of discipline. The programme concluded by proposing vote of thanks by Mr. Sulaiman Rayees from M.Com 3rd semester.
Vice Principal, Prof. M.K.Shaikh was present over the dais. College Student Welfare Officer and P.G Co-ordinator Prof. Saheelahmed Muzawar, were also present over the dais. College teaching staff, non-teaching staff and all M.com students actively participated in this programme. Fresher’s Day programme is concluded by having a heavy tea followed by some general competitions for the freshers.
